These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply when you purchase our retail hair care products through our website or from your authorized salon professional. By making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. WHO CAN PURCHASE RETAIL PRODUCTS
Our retail products (shampoos, conditioners, treatments, and styling products) are available for personal use by consumers. These products can be purchased:
- Through authorized salon professionals
- Directly from our website (www.2squareprofessional.com)
- At authorized retail locations
Professional-use products are restricted to licensed cosmetologists and salon professionals only.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Accuracy
While we work hard to provide accurate product information, descriptions, ingredients, and images may occasionally contain errors. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information without notice.
Results May Vary
Product results vary based on individual hair type, condition, and application method. Our clinical testing results are based on controlled laboratory conditions. Individual results may differ.
Not Medical Products
Our products are cosmetic hair care preparations for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have scalp conditions or concerns, consult a healthcare professional.
Important Product Information:
- **ACTIVE Scalp & Hair Vitality Serum**: Supports a nourished scalp environment and the appearance of fuller-looking hair. Not intended to treat hair loss.
- **BALANCE Scalp Balancing Treatment**: Helps control flaking and supports scalp balance. Not an anti-dandruff treatment. Apply before shampooing.
3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Placing Orders
When you place an order:
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must provide accurate shipping and billing information
- You agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout
Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders for:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Suspected fraud
- Shipping restrictions
If we cancel your order after charging your payment method, we will issue a full refund.
Pricing
All prices are in U.S. Dollars and subject to change. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. We are not responsible for pricing errors.
Payment
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment will be charged when you place your order.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales taxes will be added based on your shipping address.
4. SHIPPING
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 (before taxes) within the United States.
Standard Shipping
Orders under $75 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your location.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States only. Delivery times vary by location.
Risk of Loss
Once we hand your package to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for delivery. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, email us at sales@2squareprofessional.com with a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship a replacement at no cost.
5. 15-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We want you to love your products! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return products within 15 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be postmarked within 15 days of delivery
- Products must be in original packaging
- Products must be at least 50% full
- Empty or nearly empty bottles cannot be returned
How to Return
1. Email sales@2squareprofessional.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label
3. Ship the product back to us using the label
Refunds
- The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Refunds go back to your original payment method
- Original shipping charges are not refundable

6. PRODUCT SAFETY
California Proposition 65
Certain products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. For product-specific warnings, see individual product packaging or contact sales@2squareprofessional.com.
Use as Directed
Always follow product usage instructions. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Keep Out of Reach of Children
All products should be stored safely away from children.
7. YOUR ACCOUNT (IF APPLICABLE)
If you create an account on our website:
- You are responsible for maintaining your password security
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access
- You must provide accurate and current information
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS"
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We make no warranties about product results
- We are not liable for hair damage, allergic reactions, or other issues arising from product use
- Our total liability to you cannot exceed the amount you paid for the product
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
- Use products as directed
- Perform patch tests if you have sensitive skin
- Discontinue use if irritation occurs
- Not resell products purchased for personal use
- Provide accurate order information
- Be truthful in returns and customer service interactions
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website (text, images, logos, product names, technology names like "2Square 3Plex Technology") is our property or licensed to us. You may not:

11. DISPUTES

Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right doesn't mean we waive that right.
